Yes. Michigan requires building permits for all inground pool installations. Requirements include a site plan, fence or barrier compliance, and inspections at key construction stages. Easton Pools handles the entire permitting process for you.
Our contracts include design consultation, engineering, permitting, excavation, steel reinforcement, plumbing, electrical rough-in, gunite or concrete application, interior finish, tile and coping, equipment installation, and startup. Decking, landscaping, and additional features are quoted separately based on your design.

Gunite is a type of concrete application where a dry mix of cement and sand is sprayed at high pressure over a steel rebar framework, with water added at the nozzle.
